By far, this hotel is the fanciest in the very small details, they took care of everything you need. I couldn’t see this much perfect amenities in any other hotel around the world. Very fancy, Cousy, warm, perfect for families and who seek comfort and pampering in terms of high quality stay and it meets the value of money. Staff is super friendly and helpful with foreigners and they help you with what you need even if you forgot to ask for information about your stay. In my review I would give more stars if I could. I will come back and recommend it for everyone

The staff, very kind and helpful, checking in was easy and pleasant, security guard helped to locate the motorcycles. Nice and cosy room. Enjoyed the evening at the restaurant.

It has free Wi-Fi, rooms with stunning views of the city. they tried to do there best Annya was very helpful and nice when I asked them to change me the room for the one with the window I could open The food were delicious! Offering rooms with wonderful views of Mount Beshtau or the Caucasus Mountains, a sports club and a 24-hour restaurant, this hotel stands in Pyatigorsk city centre. Actually everything was on decent level. We booked the best room and got everything we needed for comfortable staying. The hotel has provided us with five-stars service having only three. The food in restaurant was superb, we didn’t even try other places for dinner time
